AND THE DECEPTION GOES ON

When I read the following paragraph in an article in the Guardian, I knew immediately it was incorrect.

“The passport documents that Howard travelled to the UK in 1960; his name is written on the page after his mother’s photograph, and the document contains an entry stamp confirming that they were both given indefinite leave to remain on their entry to the country.”

Would somebody please tell me why the Guardian is publishing incorrect information?

I REQUEST AN IMMEDIATE WRITTEN CORRECTION.

What they have done is to confirm what I have said all along. The Guardian and the United Kingdom government ARE CONFUSED, AND THAT IS BEING GENEROUS. 

The stamp in Hubert Howard’s passport proves beyond doubt that he entered the United Kingdom as a British subject, with the same rights as any subject born in the United Kingdom. 

The stamp in Mr Howard’s passport has nothing whatsoever to do with what the Guardian claims with regard to being “given indefinite leave to remain”. Hubert and his mother are subjects of the UK and are citizens. 

THIS CANNOT BE REVOKED. 

HE AND HIS MOTHER ARE UNITED KINGDOM CITIZENS, POSSESSING THE SAME RIGHTS AS THOSE BESTOWED UPON PERSONS BORN IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. LOOK AT WHAT THEY HAVE PUT THAT POOR MAN THROUGH BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW ANY DIFFERENT.

The Guardian, like the United Kingdom government does not know what they are talking about. When Hubert entered the UK in 1960, there was not even a concept known as citizenship, we were all “subjects”, including those born in the UK. Did any of you Parliamentarians listen to David Lammy’s wonderful parliamentary question? I DID!

The concept of, as it is now known, “Indefinite leave to remain”, correctly termed “Given leave to enter the United Kingdom for an indefinite period” was not introduced until the Immigration Act of 1971. The purpose being to FORCE us to leave the UK.

The Law even stated as follows:

"An Act to amend and replace the present immigration laws, to make certain related changes in the citizenship law and enable help to be given to those wishing to return abroad, and for purposes connected therewith."

I understand the terminology and that last phrase is sinister. DEPORTATION AND EXCLUSION!

As for the "certain changes". Give special treatment to Australians, Canadians, New Zealanders, and apartheid white South Africans. Give the niggers a few pounds and send them home. If they will not go quietly, send them home anyway. You took us from Africa, used and abused us for 400 years, I say 500 because it never ended, then complain that we cannot be integrated. How could that possibly be our fault? Even today you show that you are dreadful teachers. The thing I am glad we did not learn from you is your deceit.

This makes me recall 1838. Pay compensation for 400 years of slavery, not to the slaves but to the slave owners as COMPENSATION. Today you are still talking about compensation and we are no better off. We know we will not be better off this time either, if the Crooked Maypole has her way. Even get one of us, Sajid Javid, to do the dirty work.

As I have repeatedly explained to the Home Office, they have been denying this poor man his rights for 45 years as the 1971 Act came into force 1^st January 1973. (I used to incorrectly say 47 years because the act was passed in 1971). 

I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS SINCE 1988 as my dead mother and “little” brother died in the same condition being termed “immigrants”, which they were not, AND I HAVE SWORN TO PUT IT RIGHT. Obviously, I was also unlawfully classified as an "immigrant" and refused a passport on the same grounds as Hubert Howard. I was told to apply for citizenship. Never will I do that!

I HAVE DETERMINED TO APPEAL TO THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS IF THE UNITED KINGDOM MAINTAIN THEIR POSITION AND REFUSE TO  RESTORE ALL OF MY RIGHTS UNLAWFULLY ABROGATED AND FULL COMPENSATION, WHICH IS TO BE DETERMINED BY A THIRD PARTY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES.

AS HUBERT HOWARD, I DO NOT NEED TO APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP AS I AM A CITIZEN. WOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL THIS TO THE CROOKED MAYPOLE SO THAT I MAY BECOME A HUMAN BEING ONCE MORE. IS THIRTY YEARS WASTED FIGHTING THIS ABOMINATION NOT ENOUGH? HOW MANY POUNDS OF FLESH DO THEY NEED?

 The Enoch Powell Immigration Act of 1971 renamed this British subject an immigrant and gave him this new appellation, “Given leave to enter the United Kingdom for an indefinite period”.

THAT WAS AN UNLAWFUL ACT WHICH MUST BE CORRECTED, I BELIEVE BY STATUTE.

Hubert is, in fact, owed compensation for the denial of his rights for 45 years as are we all.

i have repeatedly asked the UK government to state clearly when the windrush scandal began and the silence has been deafening. now I know why they dO not answer. Being charitable, i shall define it as a deception.

The photograph below which states, “Given leave to enter the United Kingdom for an indefinite period” is the means by which our rights were stolen. Furthermore, the kick in the teeth was the fact that it was not stated in our passports that if we left the UK and did not return within two years we were permanently excluded. How many UK citizens have been unlawfully denied their rights by this deception? The government must answer this question and pay us all the compensation due to us. It is their responsibility, NOT OURS AND THIS CANNOT BE DONE IN 28 DAYS.

THAT IS THE REASON THEY HAVE GIVEN US 28 DAYS TO DETERMINE FOR OURSELVES WHAT WE ARE OWED. THEY WOULD THEN CLOSE THE MATTER AS QUICKLY AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN, THEN REFUSE TO GIVE US WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY OURS. OF COURSE THEY WILL SAY WE WERE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY (THEIR WORDS, NOT MINE) TO DETERMINE WHAT WE WERE DUE.

HAS THERE EVER BEEN SUCH A CABAL OF RUTHLESS ROGUES AND VAGABONDS IN GOVERNMENT? The other word which goes with rogues and vagabonds is thieves. I shall not use that word until they have carried out their plan, IF THEY DARE!

Once again, I ask the UK government how many people have been excludeD from the UK by this deception, because deception it is?

HOW MANY HAVE DIED IN THIS CONDITION AND PROBABLY IN PENURY? HOW MANY ARE STILL ALIVE SOMEWHERE IN THE "NEW" COMMONWEALTH ALSO PROBABLY IN PENURY?

Where does it state that we would be excluded if we did not return within two years? I have been excluded for twenty-one years because I allowed this two-year period to lapse. It is not valid in law with regard to Hubert Howard and how many others?

Sajid Javid please tell me how these people are supposed to tell you how much compensation they are due within 28 days. I believe you are conspiring with the Crooked Maypole to, once again, deceive us. Is not 500 years of slavery enough for the United Kingdom?

Let me tell you now Crooked Maypole, LEAVE JAMAICA ALONE, LEAVE OUR DOCTORS AND NURSES ALONE. WE CAME, WE CREATED, WE WERE TREATED LIKE SLAVES. HOW MANY MORE TIMES WILL YOU USE US AS SLAVE LABOUR?

We built the National Health Service, now the Crooked Maypole has driven out all the "ALIEN" nurses, they are back in Jamaica recruiting again. What for? So they may betray us all over again?

Do you know what really hurts? My mother and my "little" brother are buried in Forest Gate Cemetery in London and I have not been able to visit their grave in over twenty (20) years. On All Saints' Day each year I go to a cemetery to commemorate their deaths. I HAVE NO OTHER WAY!
